I specialise in real estate and construction law, PPP projects, commercial and corporate law, greenfield and brownfield investments, real estate-related mergers and acquisitions, public procurement and state aid and environmental law. I have advised clients in connection with the construction of large real estate projects, such as shopping and entertainment centres, factories, motorways and airport terminals, including projects under the FIDIC international standards. For example I was involved in the construction of the first outlet shopping centre in the Czech Republic, construction of a new terminal at the Prague Airport, a pilot B.O.T. highway construction project and the largest greenfield investments in the Czech Republic in 2004 and 2005.
