My expertise is in employment law and corporate law. I primarily focus on the establishment/changes/termination of employment and similar arrangements, configuration of the relations with managers, officers and directors, on the drafting of employment-related documentation and employers’ internal policies, labour-law aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, employment law due diligence, settlement negotiation and litigation, and personal data processing in employment relationships.
