I focus on public law regulations in construction law and on related issues in the fields of energy, environmental law, and expropriation. In construction and development, I primarily deal with matters related to the implementation of development projects in residential construction – from the preparation and negotiation of agreements, through permitting processes, to the final handover and acceptance of the project by new owners. A significant part of my work also involves the area of contributions in construction, where I participate in setting fair conditions for the development of territories, provide advice to municipalities regarding cooperation with developers, and take part in the negotiation and preparation of planning agreements. In addition to my practice as an attorney-at-law, I am also engaged in lecturing and publishing activities.
