My expertise is in construction, development, public procurement, and commercial contracts. In the area of construction and development I focus on the contractual aspects of the implementation of all types of construction projects, as well as the public-law aspects related to the placement and approval of construction projects. I have assisted clients throughout the entire life cycle of their projects, from the award of the public contract, to project implementation (including claim and change management), to successful handover and acceptance. I do also provides comprehensive legal services related to the construction of roads, motorways and railways (applying FIDIC international standards. I have ample experience with residential development projects and representing clients in related judicial and administrative proceedings. I regularly provide professional lectures focusing primarily on the contract for work and FIDIC terms and conditions and I also participated in drafting commentaries to the new Civil Code.
