My expertise is in acquisitions and divestitures of companies, energy law, private equity / venture capital, corporate law, commercial law (focused on contract law) legal audits and legal due diligence. I have been involved in several M&A transactions in recent years, acting for both sellers and purchasers, in particular in automotive and machine-building industry, energy and agriculture. In the field of energy I focus on renewable energy and the purchase and sale of renewable energy power generation plants.
