I've always been drawn to both law and economics, and for a long time, I searched for a way to connect these two fields in my studies. Eventually, I found my niche in business law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, where law naturally intersects with economics and business. Nowadays, I specialise in transactional advisory and energy law. I enjoy exploring how to effectively use the legal framework for my clients' business decisions. In the energy sector, I mainly focus on challenges related to energy sector transformation, renewable sources, and community energy. The fusion of law and economics continues to fascinate me and keeps pushing me forward.
