My expertise and passion is information technology law, especially data protection, cybersecurity, ePrivacy, cloud computing regulation, and online marketing. I have experience with GDPR implementation in large international companies as well as successful start-ups. In addition to my work at HAVEL & PARTNERS, I am also a PhD student at Masaryk University. I recently published my own CHandbook of Cloud Computing Regulation and, together with a team from PwC, wrote a Practical Commentary on the Data Processing Act. Previously, I worked at the National Office for Cyber and Information Security, where I was involved in drafting and implementing cybersecurity regulation, and also as a corporate lawyer at the successful Czech startup Rossum.
