I specialise in commercial and corporate law, in particular the resolution of commercial disputes, transformations of companies and holding structures. I also provide comprehensive legal advice to our private clients, assisting them with the protection and management of personal and family wealth and private assets, or inter-generation capital transfer. I have helped to build a dedicated family property law group and am also the mainstay of a successful inheritance law team, representing clients in large and complex inheritance disputes and settlements. I also focus on financial and capital markets law, advising companies on IPOs.
