I specialise in family and restitution law. In family law, I mainly focus on advising and representing clients in proceedings for the regulation of relationships with minors. I also represent clients in the recovery of claims of unwed mothers, alimony of (un)divorced spouses and children, and in other situations related to relationship break-up. In this context, I also deal with issues relating to the community property of spouses, both in terms of defining its operation and its settlement. In restitution law, I have experience in representing clients before courts in proceedings for the replacement of the State’s expression of will in the issue of “substitute” land to persons whose ancestors were deprived of their land in the past.
