I specialize in real estate and construction law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law, and in my practice I strive to combine technical understanding of transactional processes with a pragmatic approach to solving clients’ legal issues. I continuously gain experience both by supporting the implementation of development and investment projects and by representing major investment entities. I prefer to spend my free time outdoors, ideally in the saddle of a bicycle.
