First big win: Managing IP EMEA Awards 2025
Among the standout achievements is our first-ever win of the “Firm of the Year – Czech Republic” title, awarded by the renowned organization Managing IP. We perceive this award, presented in London this April, as a significant milestone and motivation for our future work.
IP STARS Rating by Managing IP
In the prestigious IP STARS rankings, we have once again excelled, achieving the highest possible Tier 1 rating in the trademarks category in the Czech Republic. We also performed exceptionally well in the patents category, and in Slovakia in the intellectual property category. Among the recognized individuals are our partners Robert Nešpůrek and Ivan Rámeš (named Transaction Star and Trade Mark Star, respectively), and in Slovakia Štěpán Štarha (Copyright Star and Transactions Star).
Legal500: Consistent quality confirmed
The prestigious UK ranking Legal500 has also placed our IP practice among the absolute top in the country. Special recognition was given to partners Robert Nešpůrek and Ivan Rámeš (Leading Partners), and managing associate Tereza Hrabáková (Leading Associate).

The prestigious rating Chambers Europe by Chambers and Partners has recognized both our IP practice and individually our partner Ivan Rámeš. This accolade reaffirms the high standard of our services and the expertise of our team.
I AM Patent 1000: Significant awards in patent practice
In the I AM Patent 1000 rankings we have earned a Silver Tier position among firms. Individually recommended were our patent litigation specialists, namely partner Jan Šturm and managing associate Karolína Steinerová, and in the area of general patent transactions, partner Ivan Rámeš and our patent attorneys Ivana Beranová and Tomáš Pavlica (both European patent attorneys and partners in our H&P Patents practice).
